While working on strategic, organizational and tactical elements redefinition, the Agency created original methodology-Omni Group Business Solution (The OGBS method) which has been successfully implemented in some of the largest companies in the Republic of Serbia. From the beginning of 2007, Omni Group Business Solution (The OGBS method) has been successfully implemented in the largest companies in Montenegro too. We proudly emphasize the fact that from 2008, OMNI GROUP BUSINESS SOLUTION is officially patented and approved methodology.
The basis of the methodology is to create economically and market oriented company, which is able to be proactive considering external factors changes on the market and new challenges of the developing competition. Besides developing the ability to influence the external environment factors, the main focus of the methodology is to increase sensitivity, flexibility, creativity and orientation towards innovations inside the company itself (employees, processes, decisions etc), all in order to create stable competitive advantage. However, the successful implementation of the methodology includes and some inevitable rationalizations:
